1982 BMW Baur 323i

The BMW E21 was produced from June 1975 to December 1983 and is the first generation of the BMW 3 Series, replacing the BMW 2002 Series. The BMW 3 series was exclusively built in a two-door sedan body style, except for convertibles made by Baur, which was a German Coachbuilder building BMW convertibles since the 1930s.

The E21 Baur's were available with either a 4cyl M10 Engine (ranging from a 1.6L to 2.0L) or a 6cyl M20 Engine (ranging from a 2.0L to a 2.3L), and mated to a 3-speed automatic, 4-speed manual or a 5-speed manual.

This 1982 BMW 323i Baur was originally equipped with a 2.3L M20 fuel-injected six-cylinder engine, and a 5-speed manual transmission, and is awaiting its restoration.
